This policy explains how the personal data of users who browse and interact with vipdesign.club (the "Site") is processed.

a) Data you provide

When you fill in the contact form or request a consultation we collect: first name, last name, email, phone number, city and your message. If you access the members area we process your account data (username, email, profile details).

b) Data collected automatically

While browsing we collect usage and technical data (IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date/time) via cookies and similar tracking tools (see §6).

• Responding to contact/consultation requests and managing the relationship (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Managing the members area and materials (performance of the service).
• Security, maintenance and backup of the Site (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f).
• Analytics / experience cookies and third-party content (consent, Art. 6.1.a — see §6).
• Compliance with legal obligations and protection of rights (Art. 6.1.c).

4. Recipients and third parties

Data may be processed by suppliers acting as data processors, including:

• Hosting & backup providers (e.g. OVH) — data storage and security.
• Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Fonts and embedded YouTube videos.
• Vimeo, LLC — embedded videos.
• Google LLC — possible transfer of form data to a Google Sheet for internal lead management.
• iubenda — Cookie Solution and Consent Database for collecting and storing consent.

Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Retention

Contact data is kept as long as needed to handle the request and to meet legal obligations (typically up to 24 months from the last contact, unless other obligations apply). Account data remains while the membership is active. Cookie data follows the durations shown in the cookie panel.

6. Cookies and consent management

The Site uses technical cookies (necessary for operation) and, subject to consent, third-party cookies and tools to improve the experience and show embedded content (e.g. YouTube/Vimeo videos, fonts). You can give or withdraw consent at any time via the preferences panel, as well as from your browser settings.

7. Your rights

As a data subject you may exercise, under Arts. 15-22 GDPR, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

8. How to exercise your rights

To exercise your rights or request erasure/export of your data, write to info@contract-district.com. We will reply within 30 days. You can also withdraw cookie consent from the button above at any time.

9. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers (e.g. Google, Vimeo) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases the transfer is based on adequate safeguards (EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses).
